新型コロナの受診方法が10月から変わる？？

厚生労働省は、新型コロナウイルスに感染したと疑われる人が受診する際の医療体制について、従前の「帰国者・接触者相談センター」⇒「帰国者・接触者外来や地域外来・地域外来・検査センターを案内」するという体制から、まずは、「かかりつけ医等にまず電話等で相談」⇒「地域で身近な医療機関等を相談・受診」⇒「必要に応じて検査を受けられる」という医療提供体制へ転換することが発表されています。

理由としては、インフルエンザとコロナウイルスとの同時流行による混乱を防ぐためです。

今後の受診の仕方

ただし、必ずしも10月からこの体制に変わるということではなく、あくまでも厚生労働省から各都道府県に、今後このような体制を整えていくことを推進しているという状況です。

いつからこのような体制に変わるのかは、各都道府県によって異なります。

宮城県仙台市では？

宮城県仙台市では、新型コロナウイルスの対応としてPCRの検査等を実施している、診療所、クリニックは限られているのが現状です。

そのため、従来通り、新型コロナウイルスの感染が疑わしい場合は、「帰国者・接触者相談センター」⇒「帰国者・接触者外来や地域外来・地域外来・検査センターを案内」するという体制のままのようです。

ただし、この場合は、発熱があってもPCR検査を受けるまでには時間を要する可能性があります。

もう一つの方法として、発熱がある場合は、直接、診療所・クリニック連絡し、必要な場合はPCR検査を受けるという方法です 。

発熱があってから、PCR検査やインフルエンザの検査を受けるまでに、病状が悪化する場合もあるため、PCR検査やインフルエンザの検査を受け、できるだけ早く、治療を開始し、悪化を予防したいとことです。

10月以降、インフルエンザと新型コロナウイルス同時流行も考えられ、ますます、個々人の感染予防行動をしっかりとっていくことが大切になります。それでも、何かしらのウイルスや細菌により、体調が悪くなったり、発熱したりということは防ぎきれないところです。

今までは、当たり前のように、体調が悪ければ病院に行き、薬をもらい、治療していたことが、今回の新型コロナウイルスの流行で当たりまでは無くなっているのが現状です。体調が悪い時は、一日でも早く、診察、検査、治療できるよう、早めに医療機関に連絡し、受診し、症状の悪化を防いでいきましょう。
