東京商工会議所から健康経営優良法人2021認定に向けた申請のスケジュール、認定要件等が公開されました。

スケジュール

　＜大規模法人部門＞

　　健康経営度調査：2020年8月下旬～10月上旬

　　申請：2020年11月中旬～12月上旬

　　認定：2021年3月頃

　＜中小規模法人部門＞

　  申請：2020年8月下旬～11月下旬頃　※昨年度から1ヵ月程度延長

　　認定：2021年3月頃

新型コロナウイルス感染症を踏まえた対応が2021年度の申請に追加されています

　新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行に伴い、予定していた施策が実施できなか 　ったこと等が考えられるため、一定の救済措置が設けられます。

中小規模法人部門における新たな冠の認定が2021年度より追加されました

　2021認定法人（中小規模法人部門）の中から、「健康経営優良法人の中でも　優れた企業」かつ「地域において、健康経営の発信を行っている企業」として優良な上位500法人は、新たに「ブライト500」の冠を付加して表彰されます。

　　健康経営優良法人2021（中小規模法人部門（ブライト500））

健康経営優良法人2021の認定要件

2020年度とほぼ変わりない内容ですが、「 健康課題に基づいた具体的目標の設定 」が必須項目となっております。詳しい内容はこちらをご覧ください。

まとめ

健康経営優良法人の認定を受けることにより、「社員の健康管理に取り組んでいる企業」として評価されます。そのため求人募集をする際、健康経営優良法人の認定を受けていることをアピールし、いい人材の確保に役立てることができます。その他にも、社員のモチベーションが上がったり、企業への愛着が上がったりと、長く働き続ける社員が増えるといった効果も期待できます。

企業が健康経営に取り組むことで、元気に生き生きと働く人が増え、ひいては、元気に長生きする日本の国民を増やすことに繋がります。ぜひ、皆さんで一緒に健康になりましょう！
