ＷＡＫコンサルティング株式会社では、2019.7.3より全国健康保険協会宮城支部の職場健康づくり宣言に参加しております。

取組内容

  • デスクワークの椅子をバランスボールに変更し、仕事をしながらでも運動できるようにしています。
  • 建物内全面禁煙。
  • がん検診の費用を会社が負担し、病気の早期発見ができるようにしています。
  • コミュニケーション促進のために、月に1回ランチ会を行い、経営者も含めた社員全員で、ヘルシーランチを食べに行っています。
  • 職場に血圧計、体温計を設置し、気軽に自分自身での健康チェックができる環境づくりをしています。
  • 職場内にアルコールの手指消毒剤を置き、感染防止に努めております。等々

従業員の健康を守ること、働きやすい職場環境と整えるために、今後も健康の保持・増進の活動を継続、拡大していきます。
