ストレスチェックを実施することで、自分のストレス状態を気づいてもらう。

またストレスが高い社員については、申し出により医師面接を受け、就業の措置を検討することができる。

メンタルヘルスについて学ぶ機会を設ける

ストレスチェックにて自分自身のストレスに気づき、それを改善する方法として、会社でメンタルヘルス研修（自己健康管理に役立つ情報提供）を実施する。

それによりストレスを上手にコントロールできるよう、自分自身で対処できるようにする。

(例：ストレスへの気づき，保健指導，ストレスへの上手な対処法など)

ハラスメントについて学ぶ機会を設ける

管理職研修や従業員、新人研修などで、学ぶ機会を設ける。さまざまなハラスメントがあることを知り、ハラスメントの無い職場を目指す。

直接、社員が経営者へ通報できるようなシステムを構築するのも良いでしょう。

組織や仕事の急激な変化にあらかじめ対処する

組織や作業編成の変更など職場の将来計画や見通しについて，普段から 周知されているようにする。

昇進・昇格，資格取得の機会を明確にし，チャンスを公平に確保する

昇進・昇格のモデル例や、キャリア開発のための資格取得機会の有無や時期 が明確にされ、また従業員に公平にチャンスが与えられることが従業員に 伝えられているようにする。

緊急の心のケア

突発的な事故が生じた時に、緊急処置や緊急の心のケアが受けられるように、 あらかじめ職場内の責任者や産業保健スタッフ、あるいは社外の専門家との連絡体制や手順を整えておく。

まずは経営者が会社の経営方針をまず明確にし、社内に周知するという事からスタートします。

経営者の方が「安心で安全の職場をつくる」ことを本気で思うことが一番重要で、その経営者の思いが少しずつ社内に広まっていく。
